| How to register for a library card | Library cards are issued to people who live, work, rent or attend school in Clinton Essex or Franklin Counties. One card gives access to all automated libraries in the system. Patrons are eligible for borrowing priviledges in all System libraries. |
Cards are issued at the circulation desk. |

 How to renew materials on line. |
Materials can be renewed one time on line. Please call or email us to arrange borrowing beyond that time Go to the Online Catalog, then to My Library card . Enter your 14 digit barcode number and your PIN (obtained from librarian). Click on "Items Out". Check the items you wish to renew and click "renew"

The library is a shared resource. Many people use and share the resources in the library. Returning books in a timely fashion is being respectful of the system. | ||
