If you are dialed into another service provider and want to send mail using your kvvi account, you will need to make the following changes to your email program.

Option 1.
In your mail configuration, change the 'Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server' from 'mail.kvvi.net' to the ISP's mail server that you are dialed into (call them if you do not know this information) You should leave your email address and your incoming mail server as they are. This will allow you to retrieve your mail from your kvvi account and receive mail to your kvvi account.

Option 2.
If you have a Hotmail account this is a great way to get your  kvvi email while away from home. In the Hotmail Options you will find a place where you can put your local ISP mail settings as shown below. This will allow you to download your kvvi email to your Hotmail account and send via Hotmail. These are the settings for kvvi.

Make sure you use your kvvi username and password in POP User Name and POP User Password!
