Setup for XP

Connect to the Internet Connection Wizard. Click next . . .

Click on Connect to the Internet.  Click next. . .

Click on set up manually. Click next . . .

Choose the appropriate connection setting. Click next . . .

Type in connection name like below. Click next . . .

Type in phone number. Click next . . .

Fill in account information like below. Click next

Check the add a shortcut box. Click finish . . .

(Right click on the connection you want to change and go to properties.)
