LIBRARY FRIENDS
Library Friends are looking forward to a very busy summer.  We will be hosting the Summer Lecture Series again this year, kicking it off with our third annual Picnic on the Lawn on July 12th.   And we have already started sorting books for the Book Sale in August.  While you do your spring cleaning, think about donating books to the library as you dust off your bookshelves!  The sale will open with a reception and book sale preview from 5 to 7 on Friday evening, August 6, with appetizers and beverages donated by Library Friends.  on Sunday, we will once again feature the popular $2 Bag Sale.  Library Friends will be recruiting volunteers for all these events.  If you are interested in helping out, please call Leslie Shipps at 576-9243.
